What kinds of vehicles do you tow?
We specialize exclusively in heavy duty commercial vehicles — Class 7 and Class 8 trucks, semi trucks, tractor-trailers, big rigs, box trucks, delivery trucks, buses, motorcoaches, and heavy construction and industrial equipment. We do not tow standard passenger vehicles or light-duty trucks. We stay in our lane so we stay good at it.
Are you available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays?
Yes. Our dispatch center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Commercial trucks don't break down on a schedule, and we don't operate on one either. When you call at 3am on Christmas morning, a dispatcher picks up and a wrecker rolls.
What is your average response time?
Within the Las Vegas metro area — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and the industrial corridor — our average heavy wrecker response time is 45 minutes or less. For locations along the I-15 corridor outside city limits, response time depends on your exact position. We give you an honest ETA when you call, not an optimistic one.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Clark County — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and surrounding communities. On the highway system, we respond along I-15 from the California state line to the Utah border, US-95, I-11, and the 215 Beltway. For long-haul tows, we operate into California, Arizona, and Utah under proper permits.
What size wrecker do you use?
Our primary heavy wreckers are 50-ton units — built for the full range of Class 8 commercial vehicles. For complex recoveries involving rollovers, extreme angles, or off-road positions, we deploy rotator wreckers with 360-degree boom capability. We dispatch the right unit for the job based on what your driver tells us on the initial call.
Can you tow a fully loaded trailer?
Yes. We tow loaded trailers routinely. Our operator assesses the load before any movement to confirm it's properly secured and that the tow can be executed safely. If the cargo condition creates a risk, we'll tell you — and recommend load transfer or securement measures before we proceed.
Can you handle oversize or overweight loads?
Yes. We are permitted for oversize and overweight towing in Nevada and coordinate the required permits for moves into California, Arizona, and Utah. Our dispatch team manages the permitting — you don't have to chase that yourself.
Do you have rotator wreckers?
Yes. Rotators are part of our active fleet. They're deployed for rollovers, vehicles in embankments or off-road positions, and any recovery situation where a standard boom cannot achieve the necessary angle or lift. If your situation needs a rotator, we send one — we don't try to make a conventional wrecker work where it shouldn't.
Can you tow across state lines?
Yes. We hold USDOT authority and the state permits required to tow commercially into California, Arizona, and Utah. If your rig goes down near the Nevada border and needs to move to a facility in another state, we handle it as a single operation — no hand-off at the state line.
Do you offer fleet and carrier accounts?
Yes. We welcome fleet and carrier accounts with dedicated dispatch priority, direct account contacts, and consolidated billing. If your trucks run the I-15 or operate in the Las Vegas area regularly, a commercial account means your drivers get faster service and your accounting team gets consistent, clean documentation every time.
What documentation do you provide for insurance claims?
We provide a complete documentation package on every recovery: pre-recovery scene photos from multiple angles, vehicle damage documentation before rigging contact, in-process recovery photos, final vehicle condition photos, itemized invoice in insurance-accepted format, written incident narrative on request, and chain-of-custody records for law enforcement-directed tows. This package is delivered digitally within 24 hours of job completion.
Do you work directly with insurance adjusters?
Yes. We work with all major commercial trucking insurers and can coordinate directly with adjusters for on-site vehicle inspections at our storage facility. Our invoice format is accepted by national commercial carriers without modification.
Can you store my vehicle after the tow?
Yes. We operate a secure, monitored storage facility with capacity for full tractor-trailer combinations. Storage is documented daily, access is controlled, and vehicles are released only with proper authorization. Insurance adjuster inspections can be arranged by appointment.
Can you respond to accident scenes on the interstate?
Yes. We respond to accident scenes on I-15, US-95, I-11, and the 215 Beltway. Our operators arrive knowing the Nevada Department of Transportation protocols for highway incident management and integrate with NHP and other on-scene agencies from the moment they pull up.
Do you handle rollover recovery?
Yes. Rollover recovery is a core specialty. We carry the rigging equipment, air cushion systems, and rotator capacity to upright overturned commercial vehicles safely. We conduct a full scene assessment — vehicle position, cargo condition, ground stability, and hazard identification — before beginning any uprighting operation.
What if my cargo spilled or shifted?
We assess cargo condition on arrival and coordinate with your driver and, where required, with law enforcement and hazmat personnel. We can assist with cargo re-securement and controlled load transfer where feasible. We'll give you a clear picture of the options and the risks before any movement starts.
Can you winch my truck out of a ditch or off-road position?
Yes. Heavy winch-out service is available 24/7. We carry dual winches, snatch blocks, rated shackles, and rigging chains rated for commercial vehicle loads. Our operators are experienced in desert terrain winch-outs — including the specific soil conditions and terrain types found throughout the Las Vegas region.
How do you price towing and recovery services?
Pricing is based on the type of service, the equipment required, distance, and job complexity. We provide a cost estimate before the job begins. There are no hidden charges — any applicable surcharges, including fuel, after-hours rates, permit costs, and storage fees, are disclosed upfront when you call. What we quote is what you're invoiced.
Is there an extra charge for after-hours or overnight calls?
We operate 24/7 as a standard part of our service, not as a premium offering. Any applicable after-hours rates are disclosed clearly when you call. You will know the full cost before we dispatch.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, fleet fuel cards, and check for established commercial accounts. Digital invoicing is standard — your invoice arrives electronically within 24 hours of job completion.
Do you offer NET billing terms for commercial accounts?
Yes. Established fleet and carrier accounts can qualify for NET payment terms. Contact us to discuss account setup and terms appropriate for your operation's billing cycle.
